How long does delivery take?

We aim to fulfil orders within 6 hours of payment confirmation. During busy periods or when you request large or rare tames, delivery might take a bit longer. We will always contact you via email or Discord to arrange a suitable time.

How do I place an order?

At checkout, include your tribe name, player name, map, and server number.

How do I receive my items?

We deliver directly in-game. You’ll be given a meet-up location (typically an obelisk or drop-off point), and one of our admins will hand over your order. Please be online at the agreed time to receive it.

Items and dinos are delivered to the specific map and server you request. If you play on multiple servers, please make separate orders for each one.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital in-game goods, we don’t offer refunds once an order is delivered. If there’s a problem or something’s unavailable, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund before delivery.
